Animal Sculpture In Person Intergen 8 Week Course - Thursdays 9/30 - 11/18

We are excited to offer an 8 week class with guest artist Franny Hyde. Franny creates amazing animal sculptures out of clay. Her work focuses on pets and wild animals. In this class the students will learn to make larger sculptures of animals, birds and even people if you like. The students will learn how to use the clay and different textural techniques to create amazing sculptures. Underglaze will be applied to add color to your pieces and then they will be fired in the kiln. This is an intergenerational class great for homeschool kids ages 13 and up, great for adults, great for our vitality arts older adults students, great for the whole family!

Our goal is to have clay projects fired and ready to be picked up 2 weeks after the class is held. Once the clay projects are ready, participants have 14 days to pick up their projects. After 14 days, we will re-purpose any projects that are unclaimed.
