Large Party Room

Thank you for thinking of Prosper Playhouse for your Childs special day!All parties include 1 hour in our play structure and play areas for the entire party followed by 45 minutes in one of our private party rooms.  All parties also include party host(s) to manage the birthday party from beginning to end so that you may relax and spend this special day with your child.  All food/drinks and cake will be served in the party room only.  Your party host(s) will manage this whole process for you including starting the birthday song, lighting the candles and cutting/serving the cake for you!  They work hard to make sure your Childs day is special and a fun experience for all...let them know what else they can do for you as they will work hard for their tips!  You can add pizzas or drinks for an additional charge by selecting them when you book today or by calling us by the Thursday before your booked party.
You may add pizza and drinks to your party below.  Pizzas are $17 and water or apple juice is $1.25-$1.75 each.

Additional items may be purchased by anyone at the café during play time or you can opt to allow those items to be added to your party balance.  Add-ons such as party room backdrops, popup Lifesize characters and take home gift bags are offered below with an additional charge as well!
No outside food OR drinks allowed, except for your birthday cake, cupcakes or similar.  No Ice Cream or Smash cakes please.  *If you have a specific allergy need, please call the playhouse to discuss prior to your party.*Playhouse staff will attempt to call you during the week prior to your scheduled party date to confirm all items you have selected and any last minute headcount changes.  It is vital you try to be accurate though as we can only adjust your party up, not down due to staffing and pre-planning.Birthday Party Packages: up to 8 Child Party - $250 in small party room(small party room can accommodate up to 8 kids only, large room can accommodate up to 24)*Please book the small party room if you only have up to 8 children in your party and not a large amount of adult attendees-if that party room is already booked you may select the large.up to 16 Child Party - $350 in large party roomup to 24 Child Party - $450  in large party room*Maximum of 24 children for standard (non private) birthday parties.  If you have more than 24 please go back and book the facility rental or inquire about other options. 25+ Child Party = Facility Rental - up to 100 adults and children - $750 (book via separate link on previous page)



ADD-ON'S:

Wall Theme Backdrop: You can choose a party theme wall backdrop in any theme available for an additional charge shown below or use the standard 'Happy Birthday' Theme backdrop at no additional charge. $12
Life-size, cardboard pop-up character : You can choose a life-size , cardboard pop-up character for room decor for an additional charge. $10
Take Home Party Favor Gift Bags: Colorful gift bags with party favors (activities and snacks) for an additional $6.00/child.
Pizzas: $17 each
Drinks (Apple juice or water): $1.50-1.75/each
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due today at booking, the remaining balance will be collected at the end of your party.

*Regardless of which party room was booked, We reserve the right to change between our large and our small party room based on number of children expected in order to accommodate all birthday parties.
