Teens/Tweens Camp: Miniatures

All camps at our studio are non-refundable. Minimum class attendance must be met in order for us to hold a camp session. In the case of event cancellation, your deposit will be refunded in the form of a gift card. There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations. To reschedule, you must notify the studio at least 48 hours before the first day in your registered session. Reschedules are subject to availability. If there is no availability for a reschedule, the cost of the camp will not be refunded. Class minimums and deposits are required in order for us to order proper supplies and provide proper staffing. Makeup days are not provided for days missed during camp. Campers are encouraged to leave all electronic devices at home in order to gain the full camp experience. Staff are happy to contact a child’s parent or guardian if needed in case of emergency, illness or behavior issues. Camp field trips require the completion of a special permission slip and payment at the studio. Cost of field trips varies based on the destination. Campers who cannot attend the field trip will be permitted to remain at the studio to finish projects or watch a movie. Parents will be notified if a child has an ongoing discipline problem causing disruption or harm to other campers. After multiple attempts to redirect a child and notification of a parent, children with excessive misbehavior problems will be excused from camp. No refunds are provided. Camp Projects: Non-fired camp projects will go home with your child on the last day of the camp session. Fired projects will be available for pick up in two weeks. We will send an email to the email address provided during registration. Camp bags must be picked up within 30 days of notification. Any camp projects not picked up by this date become property of the studio. *Camp Projects and Mediums vary per day. We can not guarantee your child will complete any specific project. This is a Creative camp featuring various projects.

Due to limited availability, all reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the first registered day of the camp session. Every attempt will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests made during this time frame. However, we cannot guarantee availability. There are no refunds for any registered camp days/weeks.
