Monthly membership is available to those that have completed 2 Six Week Pottery Wheel Session at Cool Creations OR to experienced potters who can demonstrate that they have the knowledge to work with clay without assistance. If you have not taken classes at Cool Creations, we need to meet with you to show you around the studio and assess your knowledge. Monthly rate of $165 includes 4 weekly sessions and 20 pounds of clay, additional clay can be purchased for $3/pound. We have white or speckled stoneware clay. No outside clay.
Booked membership and missed sessions are non-refundable and can't be made up due to limited wheels.
In order to minimize clay dust and keeping the studio safe, members need to be responsible of keeping tools, equipment, and the workspace clean. This means cleaning studio tools and putting them away, cleaning and turning off the pottery wheel, and wiping down work areas, including floor area if applicable.
We are following Covid-19 guidelines. Everyone is required to sanitize or wash their hands upon arrival. Masks mandates are followed. Studio aprons and towels are not provided, but you may bring your own.
