Waiver Information

Waiver forms will need to be signed by a parent or guardian. They will be available at the time of registration (or via email) for parent/caregiver signature and must be returned by the start of the first class. Why a waiver for arts & crafts? During class we will be using a variety of age appropriate materials & tools (including but not limited to hammers, nails, glue guns, etc). Safety will be strongly emphasized - children will be taught proper techniques and supervised at all times.
