HOW TO BOOK MY EVENT

Choose your date (Don't see a date that fits your schedule? We are flexible! Contact us at 574-710-3886 so can we find the best date for your event!)

 

Paint Party Length: 2 hours
Additional Time: $50/hr

Available Canvas Sizes: 

• 16 x 20 Canvases for 4 painters $200 (additional painters @ $35/ea)

• 11 x 14 Canvases for 8 painters $200 (additional painters @ $25/ea)

• 8 x 10 Canvases for 8 painters $120 (for children 5 and under only. 90 min studio rental-includes painting time)

If your party is larger than the minimum 8,  simply type the total number below and you will be able to adjust your total the day of your event when the final payment is due.

• Studio rental includes: tables chairs, balloons, sound system.
• Customized Welcome banner to be displayed on Smart TV. 

You may bring in refreshments and drinks for your guests (alcoholic drinks too). 

You may come in 30 mins prior to starting time to set up decorations/food if applicable.

The painting session will last approximately 1 1/2 hours and a group leader will teach a step-by-step painting in front of your guests. You may request additional time to pass out food/drinks or open gifts.  

Your guests will take home a finished painting and will remember your event forever! 

After you submit your request we will email you our library of designs for you to choose from or you can also input your suggestions in the blank field below.

We can come out to your clubhouse, church, etc. with an additional $100

-Host agrees to arrive at the time that the party was booked.

-Guest is responsible for clean up of studio of anything that does not pertain to the painting session. For example any gift wrappings, food bags or left overs etc. (studio instructors will clean up after the paint mess).
