Your Baby's Brain on Music: a Workshop for New & Expectant Parents

Learn to use music to add joyful routines to your day with baby. Kindermusik songs, rhymes and activities are intentionally designed for building new connections in your baby's brain, strengthening neural pathways through patterns and repetition, and encouraging social-emotional development by empowering you to understand more about your baby's needs and cues and how to best respond and communicate with baby through music & movement.

About the presenter:  Bucktown Music co-founder Jessica Solares has been teaching Kindermusik for 12 years, and was hired by Kindermusik International corporate office as part of the worldwide training team in 2016.  She has been a featured presenter at Kindermusik conferences around the world, including Santa Fe, New Orleans, Minneapolis, Orlando, Greensboro, NC and Australia (3 times!), in addition to speaking at NAEYC and NHSA conferences and local parenting and doula groups.  She is mama to a super creative 8 year old and is surviving quarantine by eating potato chips and balancing that out with yoga and dog walks.  She can't wait to share her musical tips & tricks with more new parents!
