Non Routine Leadership Certificate

In 12 weeks, this course will equip you with the tools, activities, and application opportunities necessary for certification in Non Routine Leadership™. Every three weeks you will learn a new competency of Non Routine Leadership™—See Through Complexity, Think Like an Expert, and Equip for Future Success. Throughout the course, you will be provided mixed practice opportunities both in-class and at your workplace with access to our Fortune 500 instructors to ensure you can immediately apply what you learned in a meaningful way.   This course begins March 3 and meets every Tuesday from 6 pm - 8:30 pm through May 19. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact The Point at thepoint@otterbein.edu or 614-823-2940 to make arrangements to send a check.
