6/17 Summer Charcuterie Board Making Class $75

Join Chef Pam for a fun evening creating a beautiful and delicious Summertime Charcuterie Board together!  We will make a strawberry, rhubarb jam to place in 2oz jars, stuff peppedew peppers with herbed goat cheese and make white chocolate bars for everyone's boards.  You will also learn how to make prosciutto ribbons and salami roses to garnish the five cheeses we will arrange on your boards.  Include some summer favorite melons such as honey dew and cantaloupe as well.  Everyone will take a home a Summertime Charcuterie board valued at $50.  Don't miss out on this fun evening
