Are you at home clay creations ready for the final touches? Drop off your pieces at the studio and we'll contact you when they are ready for pick-up/ delivery (usually about a week)

Full Kiln Rentals are every Friday so items must be dropped off Friday 10am-12pm

Breakage and Refund Policy

We will do our best to ensure that all materials arrive to you in excellent condition. Please double check for breakage. If you find a broken piece, please contact us immediately. Items not reported within 2 hours of delivery will not be replaced or refunded.

Firing Waiver

FIRING: ● Firings take place every Monday (high) and Friday (bisque) ● All work needs to be labelled (with a signature and/or initials) in the button of each piece. ● Work will only be fired if it is labelled, totally dry for bisque or clear of glaze on the bottom for glaze firing. ● Work not labelled, dry or clear of glaze will not be fired. ● Clay with Me is not responsible for a piece cracking, breaking, blistering, exploding or any other type of unsatisfactory result. Any damage to the kiln furniture, including shelving or posts, due to misuse of glazes/clay will be the responsibility of the maker and a replacement fee will apply.
