Bagels and English Muffins

Two of our favorite bread items! How do you like yours? Just butter? Jam? Or do you build a full breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, and avocado? Do you like your bagels with sesame, poppy, sea salt, everything, or just plain?

In this class you will learn how to make bagels and English muffins from scratch so that you can re-create them at home with whatever toppings and fillings you desire!

This is a live, in-person, COVID-Careful Class to be held at CSCA. 

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian
