May 21 at 10am Little Beans Cafe in Chicago- Celebrate Asian Heritage Month of May in a fun environment with Fonseca Martial Arts! Let your self emerged into the Japanese techniques of Shotokan karate performed by FMA demo team. Karate kids will show you 15 min of physical and mental training including perfect blocks, kicks, punches as well as choreographed forms for fightings with an imaginary opponents.
