La Crosse - Summer Membership Card Contract

Includes free admission to each regularly scheduled public skate session June 1st - August 31st, 2018

Purchases completed by June 16th will also receive free admission for the month of September.
The card must be present to receive benefits.
*Card will be mailed within 5 days of purchase.  A copy of this contract can be used as a valid entry until the card arrives.
