Waiver and Disclaimer Agreement

We will call you when your pieces are ready for pick-up. We have a 90 day pick-up policy after which the pieces are used at the discretion of the studio. (Canvas paintings will be ready same day.) Reconfirm your party a minimum of 2 days in advance with final count of participants. PLAN AHEAD, in case of inclement weather contact the Studio to discuss rescheduling. We post Studio closings on our Facebook Page. Although we take every precaution to eliminate potential injury, we are working with materials and tools which can cause injury, and/or damage clothing (acrylic paint does not wash out). Being in a working artist studio is a busy place. By agreeing to these policies and disclaimers you are agreeing to hold Big Dog Pots Pottery, LLC,. its owners and employees, harmless for any injuries or damages which may occur during the course of the class/event. Big Dog Pots Pottery, LLC. has the discretion to remove students who are not using materials, machinery, tools, and/or are behaving in an unsafe manner without refund.
