This program was developed out of the need for therapeutic yoga modalities in our non-stop, continuous stream of stimulants in our lifestyles today.
Traditionally, Aerial Yoga was developed by an aerialist, with a very classical yoga approach to both the asanas, and also the sequencing of an aerial yoga practice.
Today, the trend has continued, with many programs focusing on the aerial arts side of the hammock, with little to no recognition of the students prior knowledge coming in to the program.
Our Sacred Circle Embrace Aerial Yoga program is second to none, and unique in its approach. Our program will teach you to facilitate classes for all demographics, learning how to use adaptive sequencing to accommodate for injury, special conditions, and more.
