I'm so excited to be coming back to California to teach again. The brand new menu for this tour comprises three complete seasonal meals, each with sides, that are suitable for midweek family dinners or relaxed entertaining. I'll make all three meals in each class, using organic ingredients where possible. I'll bring along a few surprise treats from my travels for you to try too.
I will tailor the menu based on the dietary requirements you state in your booking and will share the menu a month before the class.
How to pick your class start time
Please select either a daytime or evening time slot from the menu below. You can specify your preferred exact start time once you've booked. Daytime classes can start any time after 10am and will finish any time before 3pm. Evening classes can start any time after 5pm. Your class will run 3 hours from the start time we agree.
Payment
The $1080 class fee covers up to 12 students and can be divided as you please. Once I have your guest list I will send your guests a confirmation email with all the details they need, including how they can pay you in advance for their spots.
Please use code 'aprildeposit' to pay the non refundable $200 deposit to book. The balance ($880) will be due 2 weeks before your class date.
Class format
As always, I’ll make everything in front of you from scratch, sharing all my tips and answering your questions. You’ll eat the equivalent of a full meal by having generous tastes of everything I make. You’ll all also get a detailed handout filled with all the recipes and tips to recreate everything yourself again.
Once you've booked I'll send you an email with exactly what to expect on the day. All I'll need is access to your kitchen half an hour before your guests arrive. You'll supply the plates, silverware and glasses. I'll bring all the food, a welcome drink and my cooking equipment. These classes work best if you have a kitchen island or counter where I can cook while your guests stand or sit to watch.
