Membership - Single

Prosper Playhouse Membership-Single memberships allow unlimited access to one child during all open play sessions for the month of the membership subscription.  Any siblings under 1 year old living in the same household will also be covered by the older siblings membership.  From time to time those hours may be affected by private parties, events, or other irregular closures.  Please check ProsperPlayhouse.com for updated operating hours.  

Monthly memberships require a credit card to be kept on file that will be charged each month for the membership dues.  The credit card you use today will not be captured and uploaded, it will be used this one time only.  You agree to provide a valid credit card on your first visit to keep on file for monthly dues.  Memberships can be cancelled at any time prior to your scheduled monthly charge and at any time, at your request we will remove the stored credit card from our customer database.

Please use a valid email and phone number to sign up.  Members will receive special pricing and advance notice to special events (character greets, movie nights, pizza parties, etc).  We will use the email and phone number on file to advise you of those events before the general public.  We promise not to SPAM you!!!
