Private Contact-Free Pick Up / Drop Off

​Are you looking to drop off ashes or pick up items here at Terrapin?

Please pick your preferred time slot and register for it here.

• ​If you are dropping off ashes: Place them in the brown bin under our front stairway. Be sure to mark your name on the bag so that we can match them with your order.
• If you are picking up items that you ordered: They will be in the brown bin under our front stairway.  Kindly give us 24 hours after you've placed the order so that we can drive to the studio to pack up your items.
