Creating with Spirit means we surrender the need to create “art” and just “feel” in the moment of creating. The energy, the music, the colors and textures offer a sense of connection and open us up on a whole new level.
It’s sooooo freeing and grounding when we let go and just FEEL what it’s loke to BE PRESENT. What a gift!
What do we do and what can you “expect”?....
- Plenty of inspiration to get this process started
- Guided meditations, simple suggestions, very individualized for each person and each group
- Do your own thing! We guide and inspire and offer support...but the choices are always yours!
- Sandra begins with a simple guided meditations to relax your mind and body, we set the intention for the space and then an inspiring playlist creates a perfect atmosphere to begin the journey. Or Bring a headset and listen to your music or favorite art video.
- Then let it flow-Let it go!
This is an expressive arts workshop which means it’s never EVER about how “it looks” and never about the end product. In fact! You leave the canvas behind!
