Dance Dance Baby is a class for parents to dance with their children. The movement is gentle and easy enough for any level to join in. It was originally created for baby wearing and dancing, but is now open for toddlers as well. This class is a fantastic way to bond with your children in a fun, and healthy way. It also helps us mamas fight those postpartum blues through music, movement and meeting new friends.
