Traveling Birthday Party

Kidz Town is now offering off site birthday party packages. That's right, no more buying decorations that you will never use again, or trying to find someone to entertain the kids. With a Traveling Party package Kidz Town will provide:

• Your choice of theme from our list of decorations
• Kidz Town staff member to set up and take down all decorations
• 1 themed tablecloth, plastic
• 1 color coordinated disposable tablecloth, plastic
• 5 themed ceiling swirl decorations, 5 colored Ceiling swirls
• 1 scene-setting backdrop for photos
• 5-10 color coordinated, uninflated latex balloons (Kidz Town does not have nor offer helium)
• 2 air filled balloon centerpieces
• Balloon animals OR face paint for all children at the party!

How it works:

1. Visit our website and pick your decoration choice from our list of over 100 different themes!
2. Book your party! You will choose the 7am party choice, and later you can add the time of your party. Make sure you book for the correct day!
3. Kidz Town staff will send you an email/phone call within five business days of booking your party to discuss location and set up.
4. You will get two hours start to finish with Kidz Town staff for set up, entertainment and take down of decorations. If you need more time, you can purchase an additional hour for $75.
5. That's it! We try to take the stress out of party planning!

Additionally:
Party location must be within a 15 mile radius of the Kidz Town center. Kidz Town staff member will supply their own ride to and from party location. You are allowed to add any decorations that you wish to the party, we just need to be sure to take back what we bring. For each off site event, there will be a minimum of two staff members attending. You get your choice of balloon animals OR face paint at no charge. If you would like both, you can do so for a $40 fee. This must be decided before the party.
Kidz Town staff will need a minimum of 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the party to set up decorations and to get settled in for face paint or balloon animals.
