What are we making?
● Day 1: RED and ORANGE - Homemade Strawberry Shortcakes, Sweet Potato Fries with dipping
sauce, Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

● Day 2: YELLOW and GREEN - Lemon Bar Pies, Scallion Pancakes with dipping sauce, Mean
Green Smoothie

● Day 3: BLUE and PURPLE - Blueberry Crumble, Bright Beet Hummus and Vegetable Dippers,
Purple Power Smoothie

This camp is open to children ages 5-10. This is a drop off class. Children will be asked to respect our
behavior expectations during class.
What’s included in the workshop ticket?
● Admission for 1 child (aged 5-10). Each participating child needs their own ticket.
● All tools and ingredients needed to make our recipes
● Two “eat here” recipes and one “take home” recipe
● A fun and enriching experience for your kid chef!
*This camp runs June 18 - 20, from 9:30 - 11:00 am EACH DAY. Kids can sign up for 1, 2 or 3 days of camp.
