Winter can be so chilly that we stay inside, sometimes isolated and find ourselves just counting days til spring arrives.....

Why not try a different way to warm up sooner. Our studio is a sacred little place that offers warm support and lots of laughs.

This 3 hour event is designed to:

awaken inspiration

relax with color

simple ways to let go

design a  mandala (simple)

guided meditation (even for beginners)

Crystal bowl meditation

Connection through intuition- activity  

 Bring yoga mat & blankets for meditation,   All supplies included/ meal included

Bring a beverage of choice/ coffee & tea included
