Ages: Adults (This class is geared and designed to improve the health, well-being, and renewed sense of purpose adults 55+, but any adult can register)
Location: At-Home (Live Zoom Class)
Cost: $7.50 per person (Thank you to The City of Ramsey, MN for subsidizing this class for our community!)
