Cancellation and Make Up Policy

--------- Missing class can be made up at either Bellevue or Kirkland studio location, 30 days before or after the missing date. --------- Cancellation: If class cancelled due to the studio, 100% refund to you. ------- 2 weeks before class: 100% refund or credit transfer to other people, $30 cancellation Fee, waived if paid with cash. ------ 1 weeks before class: 80% refund or credit transfer to other people, $30 cancellation/transfer Fee. ------- Less than 1 week before class: 60% refund or 80% credit transfer to other people, $30 cancellation/transfer Fee. ------- Once the class starts, no refunds, may transfer prorated credit and use within 3 months.
