Holy Guacamole: Hand Lettering for Beginners

Someone say guacamole? Whether you're a designer who wants to add something special to your next project, a beginner who wants to pick up a fun new hobby, or just want to fiesta like there's no mañana, this 2.5 hour long Hand Lettering for Beginners workshop is for you! In this class you’ll explore the basics of hand lettering from the ground up. You’ll learn the principles of typography, crafting and pairing different lettering styles, creating compositions, and other tips and tricks for creating beautiful type treatments. By the end of the course, you'll have a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to create lettering for your own fiesta-inspired lettering pieces.

The class will be for beginners, but all skill levels & guac lovers welcome. No lettering experience is needed. $30 includes all materials and refreshments. May 6, 7:00-9:30 pm.
