Policy Information

$75 Deposit Required All parties require a $75 Non-Refundable Deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due the day of the party. Parties can be rescheduled if necessary if the new time slot you need is available. If it is necessary to change the date of your event; due to illness, family emergency or weather the deposit will be valid for a new date. The Party host can pay the full amount of the party or we can charge the attendees separately for their own pieces. Extra Time You are reserving the party space for a 2 hour time block. You can arrive 15 minutes early to set up and have 15 minutes at the end of the party to finish up. If you go over this time you will need to purchase additional time in 30 minute increments for $50 per half-hour. If there is another party following yours you may not have this as an option as we need time to clean up for the next group. ** Exceptions: Friday & Saturday parties booked for 6pm. Party Food You are permitted to bring in any food you want and we will provide a table for you to set your food up on. We do not have a fridge or freezer so if you need anything to stay cold you will need to bring a cooler as well. Selection Availability You can choose to pick pieces to paint ahead of time (at least 4 weeks in advance to insure availability) or you can choose the day of the party from what we have in stock. Finished Piece Pick-Up All painted pottery pieces stay with us for glazing and firing and are ready for pick-up in about a week. The Party Host can pick up all of the pieces within one week of the scheduled pick-up date and deliver them to their party guests or you can let your guests pick up their own. Gratuity Not Included Gratuity is not included in your final bill. If you would like to leave a gratuity, you are welcome to add that when finalizing your bill at the end of your party. Confirmation We will call you 1-3 days before your party or event to get a final count on the number of guests attending and any other details. Arrival/Check-In Time Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time. Check in at the front desk.
