Art Exploration (5-8 years)

Mondays from 3:30-4:30 starting September 11th in 4 week session, with single class options. Register for the weeks you would like to participate.

Children of all ages will have a meaningful and rich art experience. Children will be inspired by the art of Kathe Kollwitz, Jacob Lawrence, Andy Warhol, Joan Miro’, Vincent Van Gogh, Georgia O’Keefe, Henri Matisse, Marc Chagall, Vasily Kandinsky, Frida Kahlo, Edgar Degas, Pablo Picasso and many other artists.

The art program weaves art history , aesthetics and production. Children will draw, paint and explore clay.

About the teacher:

Lisa Lieb, art teacher is a graduate of The Art Institute of Chicago and The University of Chicago. cLisa has taught an award-winning art program for students from pre-K-8th grade at Chicago Public Schools for 20 years.

$23 per class.
